Dar Rahaothello in Essaouira is a beautifully designed hotel situated right next to the center and the old Medina. Guests can enjoy a good selection of breakfast options in the lovely patio area. Its central location makes it very convenient for exploring the heart of the city.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to the ocean. Lucky that it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Pret a Manger, offering food to go. The room we booked was cosy and comfy with bathrooms.

Great Riad. Nice room. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the city and ocean. Lovely staff that make you feel welcome and are willing to accommodate your needs. Right in the middle of the medina but down a quiet street/alleyway.

The Riad is at the end of a dimly lit and sometimes trashy alleyway. It makes it very quiet but you have to watch your step coming back at night.

The friendly staff and the beautiful location made our stay enjoyable, with a bright and quiet room that included bathrooms.

Our stay at Dar Rahaothello was great! The staff was very nice and helpful, they even gave us an "emergency" phone number, in case we got lost or into any kind of trouble.The room was clean and cosy, the decoration of the both the room and the rest of the house was beautiful, and having breakfast on the terrace was fantastic. The food was simple but tasty and the staff asked us what we would like for breakfast and made sure we got it.We will definitely stay there again if we get the chance.

This place is nicely decorated with bright and airy rooms that have bathrooms, a convenient location close to the beach, medina, and ocean, and within walking distance to Slipstream Sculpture.

Lovely accommodation with an incredible setting next to the center and Medina. Impeccable service and amazing staff. Great breakfast featuring fresh bread daily and occasional pancakes. Really great stay, with nothing being too much trouble.

The deluxe room with bathrooms was fantastic and the food had plenty of delicious options, plus the hotel's location near a Berber market was very convenient.

Staying right in the heart of the city was convenient, and it was nice being just a kilometer away from a place like Giraffe Stop, where you can grab quick and tasty meals.

The staff and owners were extremely friendly, helpful, and hospitable. The location was perfect and the Riad itself is like an art gallery full of beautiful things. The room was spacious and comfortable. Great value for money. Ahmed went above and beyond to meet us late at night from the bus.

While the staff was welcoming, there was little help or advice offered about local events or attractions.
